Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received as per the package or service requirement.
- Tripzzy reserves the right to reject any booking without assigning a reason.
- Prices mentioned are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
Payments
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, online payment gateways, or other approved modes.
- The payment schedule (advance or full payment) will be communicated at the time of booking.
- Failure to make payment within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the booking.
- Any additional charges such as taxes, service fees, or government levies applicable at the time of travel shall be borne by the traveler.
Pricing & Inclusions
- The package cost includes only the services explicitly mentioned in the itinerary or quotation.
- Any services not mentioned are excluded and will be charged separately.
- Prices may vary due to seasonal demand, availability, or changes by service providers.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation and the policies of hotels, airlines, transport providers, and DMCs.
- Tripzzy will communicate applicable cancellation charges at the time of booking.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after deducting cancellation fees and service charges.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.
Changes in Itinerary
- Tripzzy reserves the right to modify or change itineraries due to weather conditions, safety concerns, operational issues, or circumstances beyond control.
- Any additional cost arising due to itinerary changes shall be borne by the traveler.
- Tripzzy is not responsible for delays or changes caused by natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions.
Travel Documents & Responsibilities
- Travelers are responsible for carrying valid identity proof, passports, visas, permits, and other required documents.
- Tripzzy is not responsible for denial of boarding, entry, or services due to invalid or incomplete documentation.
- International travelers must ensure compliance with immigration, customs, and health regulations.
Health & Safety
- Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel and activities.
- Participation in adventure activities is subject to fitness, weather conditions, and local regulations.
- Tripzzy shall not be held responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of life during the tour.
Third-Party Services
- Tripzzy acts as an intermediary between customers and third-party service providers.
- We are not liable for any deficiency, delay, cancellation, or failure of services provided by airlines, hotels, transporters, or activity operators.
- All disputes regarding third-party services must be resolved directly with the service provider.
Liability Disclaimer
- Tripzzy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Tripzzyโs liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service booked.
Force Majeure
Tripzzy shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, weather conditions, or government restrictions.
